- Fixed Satyr’s Delusion’s All Stats value. If you have one already, it’s bugged. You should probably junk it. It’s probably subtracting values instead of adding even thought it’s not on the tooltip.
- Changed all random values on items to static values to promote easier documentation and stronger item “identity”. This will help with future plans as well.
- Monsters will no longer cast fear until they are above level 20.
