If they are worth your time answering please feel free to. If not go about your business. (I tried search first but my search-fu is weak)

What does light radius do?

How does enhanced damage differ from added melee damage?

Is run speed purely a flee stat?

How does unique loot work? Ie must I be hunting in Lguk to get a chance at a fbss or does is drop everywhere in the appropriate level range? Or is there some kind of zone mod for a higher chance at specific loot?

I am sure I will come up with more but this is all I have at this time. Thank you in advance.

Also when upgrading my chain boots to 10/10 i got +2ac +3 resists but when upgrading a plate gloves to 10/10 I got +3 ac +3 resists. Shouldn't everything 10/10 get +3 to each or is it specific to the base ac or the type of the item being upgraded?

Edit: When upgrading a trash chain helm to 10/10 with high base ac I got +4 ac +3 resists so I am guessing it is a % of base ac with a minimum?

Light radius lowers your chance of getting ambushed inside of combat

No clue, I am thinking its a % addon to skills vs autoattack damage from "melee damage"?

I believe so

Dunno about loot

Sounds like it is a % of base AC, or % based on type of armor!

Lowers how often you are ambushed... because you can see your surroundings better! Don't be surprised if this stat gets changed at some point.

Enhanced is generally a much better stat. It is a % damage increase while +added melee damage is the physical equivalent of +elemental damage. It even behaves the same way in that it is a random physical value. +physical damage does have some benefits compared to elemental damage in that leech can benefit from it.

Yes. Originally I was going to put a 2d overworld in the game, but that never came to pass.[/quote]

To make a long story short, this is how an item is born:
- Determines the item type (weapon, gloves, etc)
- Determines the maximum treasure class based on mob level. If it's from 77-99 there's a chance that it gets downgraded to 49-76. If it's from 49-76 there's a chance that it gets downgraded to 1-48. (normal, exceptional, elite)
- Determines weapon/armor/name value
- Determines rarity

The armor value increased is a percentage value with a minimum of 1 armor. 3/3/3/3/4/4/6/6/8/10 %
