There aren't any songs that are wind based. I am surprised no one mentioned this before. It's basically a useless skill.

This is a tooltip error. I will fix this tonight. It affects charm duration. And since you bring it up, I think I will convert Lucid Lullaby to a Wind song, too. So it's kind of like a CC type of instrument.
