I used one of those for a long time. Eventually I got enough mana regen elsewhere I could dual wield for that extra 50 dps :p

If you hold it long enough, you might actually be able to trade it. I wonder how far along this game will be at the end of the year...

It's missing a lot of % magic damage for a bard. I dual wield Nature Covenant's Scimitars. The weapon enchant is the biggest factor. It's tough for an offhand or shield to make up for the missing +15% all magic damage. Hoping for a pair of Bard Epic 1.0 to drop.

If the equivalent to the bard epic is now the Harmonic Short Sword I've had like 3 of those drop.

What say you experienced Bards about this item? I'm working on my bard and I'm trying to have her end game stuff sorted.

And, as an aside Seismic, while shields upgrade to +Armor and +Resists, Caster Offhands actually do upgrade to +%All Magic.

Speaking of which, Harmonic Short Sword + Holy Grail BiS for Bardies? Got both ready to rock! I don't know, though.

Dunno for Bards, but that Crackling Whisper looks really good for a Wiz (despite being chain in practice), +12% Lightning dmg is nice if you specialize in charged bolt/chain lightning!

Yeah, they seemed pretty good over all so I held onto them.
