The quest descriptions for the Plane of Fear and Plane of Hate quests start with "You have bravely triumphed over Lord Nagafen, Lady Vox and Phinigel Autropos." However, these quests are now unlocked in the late 40s even if you haven't killed the first trio.

Basically any outdoor quest that ends with a named does this. I fixed them all next update though.

Ah, good catch. I will change it so you must unlock the zones first. That was the intended route. It was incorrectly checking quest progress. If you got to nagafen's lair 4, permafrost 4, and kedge 4 it unlocked it. Didn't actually check if you killed them.

My 52 Ranger killed Naggy a few minutes ago and got a bunch of items and a quest completion message. However, the quest ("Nagafen's Lair 4") is still in his quest log.

The quests for Naggy, Vox, Phinny, Inny, and CT are all repeatable to allow you to farm the bosses.

Oh, I see, thanks. I knew they were repeatable, but I didn't realize that they stayed in the quest log... I guess it makes sense or else you could walk into a dungeon and cherry pick your mobs.

This has come up a few times. I should probably just put a message in there that clearly indicates the quest is repeatable.
