When you hit the space bar to close the bank you can't use the bank again until you reload the city.

Yeah, this one has been haunting me. I'll have to do some testing to figure this one out. My guess is perhaps related to looping background noises. I'll have have to turn them on and off to see what is causing it.

Upgrading weapons is still weird. I upgraded one twice(magic both times) and when i put it on my magic dmg went to NaN. Relogged and enhanced magic damage was back at 0, but the weapon was at 2/10 upgrade status with no +magic damage.

This seems to extend more generally to any bosses at the "end" of a quest chain (i.e. not intermediate dungeon step bosses) -- once the quest is completed, every new pull seems to get the boss again. This is highly exploitable, as these mobs drop rares and uniques like candy; you can farm a full inventory in a pretty short amount of time, which ends up trivializing the loot quite a bit. I'm guessing that isn't quite intended?

Ha, that's great! As much as I've enjoyed it, it ruins things a bit. The merchant and normal drops become all but meaningless. Having the bug gone will make things interesting again.

Honestly, normal tier items won't be too valuable in the long run anyhow. Exceptional and Elite items completely outclass them. Plenty of great twink items though

This would indicate that, for some reason, the magic damage value is not incrementing properly. I'll quadruple check. This problem is pretty weird.

Another really low-pri bug (if it is one): can rest and cast out-of-combat buffs at the same time. Makes training the skills a little easier than might be intended (devaluing the trainer a bit). I'm sure we all have fond memories of the med-cast-med cycle to get that one school (whichever it was for your class) up to stop fizzling.

So in town you can open the merchant, and then open the bank but you can't close the bank until you exit the merchant and you can't exit the merchant till you exit the bank!

Found what appears to be an bug in Hell difficulty. When the skeletons in Kithicor Forest have traits, they cast nearly instantly. When they get into a casting chain, it can be rather painful.

Hi, first time poster here. Love the game.
Re: the sound bug. I have seen it happen twice so far, both times under Firefox after switching characters multiple times. Also, one time after bouncing around between multiple alts, I clicked on the "Camp" button and the sound momentarily faltered and then went back to normal.
Another minor bug, not sure if it has been reported yet. If you pull a new monster right when the previous one is about to die, the browser and the server apparently get out of sync. A new monster appears on the Web page, but the server doesn't know about it and puts you in "rest" state. I think it has happened 3 times in my character's 24 levels, so it's not very common.
Oh, and something else funky happened to my character when he was 17 or 18. He got a "Required level 32" item, which doesn't seem to make much sense for a high teen character.

Welcome to the board! The sound bug has been an ongoing problem. I may have to redesign that part. Until I fix it try refreshing the browser as that will solve it in the short term. I have noticed the problem with the game recognizing combat vs non-combat too... it's on my list of problems.

Well, honestly... working as intended. Skeletons and some other mobs have innate fast-cast attribute which combines in a nasty way with stuff like fire enchanted etc. To cheer you up, know that mobs to indeed have a mana pool. They can't cast forever.

Well, I have tried that, but it apparently wipes out the progress made on the current quest. Not a big deal, I'll just live with the messed up sound and then restart Firefox when I am back in the city. I am not sure if it was due to a software change or server issues or something with this particular zone, but the whole 'combat vs non-combat' thing was totally messed up in Befallen 3 tonight. Chain-pulled mobs would appear, but 4 times out of 5 they wouldn't agro and the chain would end. There were also issues with mobs' HP bars not appearing where they usually pop up in 80% of all cases. If you clicked on the currently targeted mob, a bare-bones bar would appear at the very top of the Web page. Weird... Also, I think I see a pattern with the "abnormally high required level" items reported earlier. My level 30 magician is a proud owner of 3 "required level 32-34" hats, all looted from high teen-low 20s mobs. It would appear that something is wrong with the way rare hats are handled. And finally, I ran into a rare mob in South Karana earlier today (sorry, didn't write down its name, but it had two words in it) and there was no image displayed, just a strange looking empty frame. Everything else worked OK.

You may need to check the percentages on upgrading items. During the past few days, I have attempted upgrades on over 50 items. Most of the upgrades are being destroyed on stage 2 or 3. I have managed to get two items up to 5 before being destroyed. Either my luck has taken a really bad turn or something is off on the random chart.

Success rates are shown below: 1: 100% 2: 96% 3: 92% 4: 88% 5: 84% 6: 80% 7: 75% 8: 70% 9: 65% 10: 60% It is hard to get an item to +10 for sure, but it pays off. I might end up increasing these rates, actually.

IMO remove the penalty for failing, or at least tone it down. I lost two different items when I tried to upgrade them to +2, and until it changes I wont ever attempt more than +1 on an item again. When I get a good item after however many hours/days it takes, I'm not going to risk it just because the game has a 4% chance of FU. Especially when the upgrade themselves are so minor, its just not worth it.
Make each step cost more, or a failure cost more, or a system where you can pay more for greater success. Money is pretty worthless, why not make this a better gold sink? As it is, where failure = loss of item, its not a system that I'd use.

I don't mind the penalty on failure, but for the past few days, it seems as if the odds are way off from what they were before. I have been trying to keep track, but at least 75% of my upgrades are failing before they make it to level 4. This is only in the past 3 days or so. Before that, I have been able to get items up to around 5-6 pretty often. I have now done over 50 items (25 item pairs) and only 2 have made it to level 5 before losing one. The rest have been destroyed around level 3. Like I said, it may be one mother of an unlucky streak, but it feels like something is off. I will try to keep a better record in the next couple days so I can say for sure.

Any idea on the weapon upgrade bug? Is it working for you? Every time I upgrade a weapon I don't get the +% increase and when i equip the weapon it makes my magic dmg go to NaN. I's just the magic dmg part too, the physical dmg works.
