No please, don't beat me with the bat. I will say though, this is 90% the bleed from the 20 point bonus on Guardian Spirit. It's percentile based from the monsters current health, plus I think it's affected by physical damage bonuses such as Bloodlust and Barbarian Racial... not sure though.
