It drops more than any other item! No thanks to that amulet/ring bug that was in the game for a while. 8-)

Btw, I plan to make these sort of statistics public when the Nevergrounds is completed.

That's cool info. I would have guessed Wyvern's Tail pants to be a close 2nd based on my experience. I have enough Wyvern's Tail parachute pants to fill a McHammer video.

Oh now I know what this is talking about. The only reason Magnate's would beat out Augurs Pustule is because Augurs doesn't drop till nightmare.

Btw, how is the new necklace/ring variety? Must be like a breath of fresh air!

^it is, at least for me. My lvl73 SK is using two (different) exceptional set rings that neither my lvl95 Wiz nor my lvl82 Mage have ever found...

I haven't been leveling or farming a lot lately but from what I found I'd rather have more pustules. Some of the stats are lackluster. Really there are only a few stats to look for on gear depending on class and most stats are wholly not useful for a majority of classes.

Don't get me wrong, stuff like dex / agi are useful, but if that item doesn't have any leech, status reduction, etc on it, it's garbage (imo). This could be fixed by putting higher status reductions on items (so you don't need it on every item you can find) and flat out buffing attribute bonuses.

Having lackluster bonuses on gear was a classic EQ thing for sure, but modern MMO's have sort of moved in the new direction where your gear defines your character.
