Is there another way to refresh those besides saving and reloging?

On a side note, best way to farm gear is actually those repeatable quests considering they give out 2/4 items per completition or am i missing something?

New player, lv33 wizard, started few days ago so trying to figure it out most of basics xD

Fennin Ro Hypnos? I might know you. Monk, right? I'd say farming bosses is probably the best way to farm gear, but I dunno. I just made this game. The only way to restart a repeatable quest is to refresh, yes. Though... I mean, technically it is possibly that I could change that... but... that would really ruin a lot of people's roleplaying experience. What? I killed a guy and now he's back? Ugh...

Congrats on picking Wizard. People seem to think they are an omgbbq class right now.

Oh, okay. Cool. I happened to be in an Everquest guild with a Monk named Hypnos.
