Any chance you could remove boots from the friars set? Such an awesome set and set bonus, but better boots win hands down. Maybe swap it for a necklace or ring? |

I'm going to make a bunch of changes to set items when I have time. |

^ if that means what I think it means, I'll have to purchase more bank space @beaster: do you have the whole friar set?? If so, you're probably the first to complete a 6-items set, afaik... |

Nah, Japanese were posting pictures of complete sets as far back as November as far as I know: |

Sweet pics, nice resource for all the set item stats. As far as removing the boots I'd agree. A huge part of monk dps is dependent on wearing the fattest heaviest boots ever conceived. Wearing Friars boots is a huge dps loss. |

Good idea. I might even retroactively change that. |

the only thing id ask is if you could make all set items flaged as elite even the lower stuff or allow us a loot option to not loot anything unless its a green item. |

Seconded. This would be a huge help for farming at end-game. |

I see what you're saying... almost need a flag specifically for set items. |

+1 for the item filter! Something like being able to discard all normal/exceptional items but not set items. |

This was on the monk board, kinda meant to put it here. Added more rambles. The RT reduction on windmill kick doesn't seem to be working. Still getting 24 seconds on it. Maybe with that it wont be such a huge hurt on the boots, but yeah still ring or necklace would be awesome. But what would be more awesome? Shoulders. I cant get any love on melee DPS shoulders, still using yellow crap there. Yeah I collected the Friar's set. Its so rough though. So many sidegrades instead of straight upgrades, and so little strength. I mean not complaining about monks, they are awesome but I dont have much aside from a 60s wiz to compare to. Idk, maybe I've just reached caps on hastes and dipped too far below the strength cap but most pieces seem to be pretty bad choices to wear. Still working on regearing and trying things dropping haste for more strength and maybe the windmill reduction will make up for things. Are stat caps 255? or 305? or scale with level to 99? Im confused on caps in general. Stat, haste, fists.. probably other things I am forgetting. |

The Friar set bonus for windmill kick is broken? I'll look at this... |

Just tested it. Windmill Kick appears to have a reduced cooldown. Looks like 12 seconds here... |

Yikes, disregard me. Its working as intended. Was testing flying kick, not windmill. I need to learn to read. |

Is there a reason that the helm for the Venova Set (Venova's Halo) is cloth? If I want to equip it over a plate helm, I am going to lose an awful large amount of AC =( /grumbles about silly cloth hats |

How dare you question our dear Saint Venova! Does your vanity know no bounds? Venova wore this cloth halo thirteen centuries ago and we continue to do so this day in honor of all she taught us. |

I was probably drunk when I designed the Halo. It's a Halo, after all. It can't be plate! |

The age explains the smell! And this rag can always be wrapped around a strong metal band so both faith and practicality can merge into a happy union! |
