It was only down for me for a little bit for the bank issue. You should try refreshing. It sticks on "Down for maint" until you do, usually. |

What the crap, you are right. Refresh did fix it. Not because I left the tab open, even pulling up the page on a new tab did the same thing. I'm baffled. |
