7/19 - Minor Development Update

General:
- Fixed a problem with mob's buff icons being visible after successfully running from battle.
- Using crowd control spells, such as stasis, fear, charm, mesmerize, daze, blind, and sleep, now suffer considerable duration penalties when attempting to use these spells on higher level mobs. Stuns are not affected by these penalties. The more the mob out-levels you, the more severe the duration penalty is.
- Fixed the drop rate of all items. You should see quite a lot of drops now.
- Optimized all weapon animations. They might be slightly less flashy now, but they are much less demanding and easier to run on less powerful systems such as iPads and laptops. Also changed the damage pop-ups to stop using opacity fades since these are known performance drags and weren't worth the performance drag in my view.
- Fixed problems with Druid's tornado tooltip displaying a floating value.
- Fixed some helmets returning non-rounded values for armor.
- Fixed erroneous successful tracking messages in some circumstances.
- Rain and snow now happen in outdoor zones.
- Fixed a bug that allowed you to be ambushed while hiding.
- Fixed a bug that caused the weather to be reported improperly or not at all.
- Fixed a bug that caused the map to improperly indicate which zones were dungeons if you were currently in a dungeon.
- Fixed treants' casting particles coordinates.
- Fixed a bug that caused the rain and snow to start instantly at full blast.
- Fixed battle escape messages that failed to indicate who you escaped from. Also fixed the run probability to properly be determined by selecting the highest level mob in the battle.

Rangers:
- Buffed the impact equipped bows' damage/delay has on all Ranger bow skills. Magic arrows fired without a bow do much less damage. Tooltips were updated to reflect these changes.
- Reduced the cooldown of Ranger's Rapid Shot from 16 to 12.
- Reduced Light Healing's cast speed to 1 second and its cooldown to 15 seconds.
