15 increase attack speed
2 attack
3% crit dmg
6 resist magic
5% Exp per kill
2 health per kill
4 physical dmg

Now to magically transfer it to a ranger At least you can use it in the range slot.

when is the bank system going in?

After fixing bugs it is the highest priority. This week for sure.
