Bug?: Warder's Rift

Looks like you can be stunned through Warder's Rift. The tooltip says that it absorbs the damage, which it's definitely doing, but I'm not sure if it's intent is to do only that. On the topic, if an NPC casts a spell with no damage, such as fear, is it absorbed?

PS: The graphic for this ability is really cool.

Yah, it's one of the few skills animated at this time. Many of the status effects are animated since I thought it was important to animate the status stuff like fear and such. Actually, I think this is working as intended. It basically has a chance to block any kind of attack while it's active. Essentially it's just a lesser version of Magician's stasis field (theirs blocks 100% of damage taken and received on the mob). So it's like they're stuck in a rift and only some attacks are working correctly.

The bottom line is it's a CC to buy you time, especially with a 2nd mob. Higher conjuration also affects the absorb chance.

Edit: check the tooltip. It should have the absorb chance on there.
