Bard and chanter charm and mez are based off CHA yes? Why does the Stein of muggok not have CHA as a main stat

Also is there a way that you can use caster off hands in both hands, say tweek it where if it is in main hand it has a 1dmg 20 dly, but still works in off hand. My Enchanters always had twin stein of muggoks for the Cha boost in EQ live and Project 1999. plus Glowing black stone was a primary secondary item as well? I don't know if the coding can be worked the way I'm saying, but to be honest, I would rather have two stiens, and do no melee dmg.

I asked about the two non-weapons for casters. This was the reply i got:

I'm kind of leaning no simply because the main hand off-hand stuff was really designed for you to have a weapon and the off-hand caster stuff is designed to be really powerful for casters. Having two at once while be kind of OP. So in a way this part of the design is more D2ish than EQ.

Several key bard and enchanter skills use charisma, yes. But the Stein of Moggok never had charisma on it.

Your right. Dude what is the name of the item that dropped in velious tower of frozen shadows 3rd floor, that had health regen, int, and other stats, main hand only glowed red like GBS.

Not sure off the top of my head would have to do some browsing. I remember that sorcerors bowl i loved that thing
