So a lot of this is new ground for me, but I am excited to report that implemented the first AJAX feature today. When you enter the game, it writes your character's name, level, race, and class to a text file on the server while the game is loading. Obviously this kind of feature is a step toward cool features like leaderboards. No promises yet, but this is a good step for the website!

It's a small step in that direction. I don't think that will be extraordinarily hard to achieve, but I think some kind of leaderboard system will be easier.
