Will this let us skill past our base level? Say without any gear your max str for your level is 110, then you could skill higher then based making it 115? I'm curious |

Not sure why you're talking about strength. That isn't a skill; that's an attribute. But skill caps will always be 5*level until the skill cap. |

lol oops. Your right. I think its good to cap it since you would have people like myself spending all my money on Conjy for my mage or necro

Yah, it's definitely useful for leveling conjuration or abjuration. |
