There may need to be an adjustment for Normal/Nightmare difficulty levels. The Planes of Hate and Fear do not open up until level 48 I believe and the quests do not show up until level 50 (although I did find that you can complete them before they show up on your quest log *bug*?). Level 50 is the earliest I was able to complete normal difficulty. When you move to Nightmare, a large portion of the quests are already green and quickly turn to grey as you level. The starting mobs are high 20s to low 30s. It might be a good idea to level these areas up a tad or to have Nightmare open up a bit sooner. |

Yeah those levels are supposed to match up. Will fix. I do not think I will adjust the mob levels BUT I will make green mobs give better exp in nightmare and hell. So effectively I would be increasing the exp in hell and nightmare |
