Dunno if this is normal, but I have offed Phinny twice and both times, he has dropped rares only. For something of this magnitude, shouldn't there be at least two forced unique items? Dunno if this is normal for anyone else, but wanted to bring it up. Gonna go for a third time and see |

Technically, most of the time when you killed a boss in EverQuest you also ended up with no loot among the 24-48 people that attend the raid. And that's a boss that spawned several days at a time. Making uniques drop more often will just make them less valuable. |

There is a low chance of this happening, you just got unlucky. I'd say about 1/5 boss runs net me zero uniques. Just keep at it. |

Phinigel also has the shortest quest chain and drops the fewest items. |
