Monsoon, Sword of the Swiftwind should have the Wakizashi icon, not the big 2H sword icon. Really iconic sword early on in the Planes. Personally I'd love if it had the OG Rain of Swords proc(before it was changed to Haste) as well, but that's just nostalgia speaking.

Oops, was mixing Monsoon and Bladestorm procs. Bladestorm has Rain of Swords=P

Bladestorm needs the Wakizashi icon as well. Typhoon too if that's in game.

Hey Maelfyn I'm not sure if this is unique to me but on my bard I've been using their epic (Singing Short Sword) and whenever the proc goes off the graphic makes my game stutter pretty bad momentarily. I wanted to dual wield two of 'em but it was becoming slightly frustrating so I just upgraded them until one broke :lol: . Nothing else really causes this to happen that I can recall.

Shouldn't have done that. If you mentioned it I could do some optimizations on that animation. I'll fix it now. I know it has given a few people a problem.

Too lazy to link a picture right now but the Lvl 68 dagger - Nightfall has +15% Magic Damage - Should that be Physical Damage?

None of the other stats on the item make sense for a wizard. All melee stats and skills, health leech, etc... and % magic damage. If the lvl 68 items are supposed to be the end-all-be-all for their types, seems like it should be physical damage.

Any thoughts on allowing weapon procs to occur on cast as well as on hit? Casters are not ever really getting hits in to proc by chance.

Nah. I think the proc should just be a melee thing. Bear in mind there are some melee-caster builds out there.

Is this intended for them then? Because to me, it looks like a sweet cloth caster belt that has Strength instead of Stamina or something useful.

...because its probably the most awesome drop I've seen, and it does nothing for me. Please remove all the silly monk stats and replace with something necro-appropriate. Thank you!

Nothing captures that classic Everquest nostalgic euphoria like useless stats on an otherwise wonderful item.
