I was around level 60 at lady vox in nightmare tonight, and I had not gotten one single countershot proc in about 10 minutes of trying to kill her. Is there some kind of level block on that skill? |

Sounds like plain ol' dumb luck to me. It's pure chance. No extra secret stuff going on with Counter Shot. |
