For local play I don't really give a shit. Honestly it's kind of an honor if you can get people to care enough about your game that they actually spend time making a bot for it. But when I do a ladder system and have accounts with paying customers that will be a different story and stuff like this would get you disappeared from the leaderboard. I have removed some super obvious cheaters from the leaderboard in the past.

Is Fish a bot too? Level81 SK with no title thing.

Just really stuck out because I check the SK list regularly and mine has been the only one over 66 forever.

I would guess anyone without a title above level 60 is a bot.
