Considering adding a chat feature

Not sure how well it will perform with the server and such, but I am considering adding a very simple chat feature this week. Any ideas? Thoughts? Feedback? Cool? Who cares? 8-)

I think it would be cool, you would have to find a way to show who is online, available, and afk.
