You can't last too long because of lack of healing, but the interim is extremely fun.

fty this is for necro, just spam D and try to keep yourself alive as long as possible.

Also, the bonus damage to feared targets is not working.

There definitely appears to be a bug where some mobs just randomly stop attacking, especially casters, and that really messes up the DPS of this build.

So when it says the talent say it increases magnical damage by 100% and Im not getting that, is it some kind of weird calculation or is it still bugged?

Oh, I was talking about the bonus to Invoke Fear. Howling Terror's tooltip is referencing the added damage from the new DoT. I'll modify that a bit to make that a tad more clear.
