My attack haste on the SK is showed 68% right now, didn't it used to be capped at 60?

Ya, this is being tinkered with. This will probably be converted to a diminishing returns style of stat. So it will go very high (300% ?), but suffer diminishing returns at break points. Right now it's still linear gains up to 75%.
