It appears that some of them are and some aren't. Like you can change the bolt into fire or electricity, but any CD reduction talents don't work. Not sure what else works, but I don't believe much else is, or at least I hope much else isn't based on tests. |

As a father of a 2.5 daughter and a 7 week old son, I feel you there brother. Especially since my daughter is sick right now and I'm having to be a human germ shield between her and her mother/brother. |
