So trolls have innate regeneration, if you make your character female it gives you wis and health regen. Does troll and female character regeneration stack?

Yes, but thanks for asking. I just noticed female health regen was broken.

Gender bonus is pretty weak. Like 2.5 health at level 99. Troll's regen is about 6.

I figured it wouldn't be too high, I want to start a shaman, and figured I would find out if it is benificial or not, and it seems not other than they do get the extra wis, which is helpful starting off. Stam is better later on so its a tomato, tomatto

I would think the best possible shaman race would be an ogre, never being stunned = game changer...
