Didn't work out quite as well on the second attempt. Loads of bubbles, healing up and not missing the kicks did the trick.

this thread inspired me to see if i could even attempt Vox at my level. i made it through all the regular mobs in the Permafrost 4 quest, but can't get past the minibosses at level 35



gonna take a break and try it a few more times. is Vox fearable? my SK strategy relies on Fear a lot.... fighting two mobs at once (like this ice giant diplomat + priest of nagafen fight) is about 4x as difficult as fighting a single. if Vox is fearable i think i might actually stand a chance against her at 35.

looool, I had a good laugh there. Yes you can fear bosses, but the duration is reduced.

dark elf shadow knights might be a little overpowered

if i get down to 20% health i just hit my racial ability, hit grasping frenzy, then hit lifetap once the frenzy starts.... and bam i'm back to full health

plz don't nerf tho, its really fun the way it is =p

Yeah, nerfbats are generally just boring. It's not like we are fighting each other etc anyways.

Not so much of a killing brag, but a stat brag. Something changed between 3am today and now, because when I logged I had 202 wisdom, and 16 mana leach. Now well you see what I have. Is there now a penalty for wearing cloth as a plate class? I have 73 wis in gear. give or take. and another 30 in my bags yay prayer shawl, Mithril Plated Girth

lol, thank goodness! Trashing my bosses at level 42 would hurt Nagafen does have slightly higher attack and defense, but Vox can heal herself for a lot. I think Phinigel might be a little easier than Vox, so maybe he's worth a shot.

next stop is Kedge Keep.... then back to Permafrost (whether i beat Phinny or not)

just killed nightmare Lady Vox with my 68 SK. was really easy, could have for sure done it earlier. i'm stacking my talents / gear well i think tho, dunno how typical it is.

Good to know these sorts of things because I have done very little gameplay balancing beyond normal and I have done pretty much zero gameplay testing since talents were implemented. Before version 1.0, I am going to do some final re-balancing on mob difficulty, particularly in hell.
