Hotkeys dont work when playing a monk?

Tried a couple different machines and browsers. Hotkeys don't work when playing a monk. Tried brawling a couple mobs and the skill icons were super messed up. I'd click one and it would change to something else.

Try again today. Did a few minor bug fixes this morning. Will hit the bugs hard tonight.
