Anyone figure out what it does yet? I have 2 Singing Short Swords now and I tried dual wielding them and still have no idea. In the real game it was a huge ATK, Haste and Stat boost. I was hoping for something similar. Instead there is nada.. =(

If I remember correctly I think it pretty much caps your attack haste, but only for Bards. I can't verify this at the moment, but that's what I remember.

I feel like it adds Mana. When I hold them with frenzy I basically have unlimited mana. I have officially gotten my bard to farm mode. 5 wide PoF/PoH Hell Farming... Let the good times roll! 4-5k DPS.. Definitely not at the level of a Monk yet. But I want to see what happens if I can get a level 66-68 1hander. I think the Necro 1hander is gonna be a game changer if I can get my hands on it.

I just checked. It's basically a huge haste boost for 12 seconds, but the proc is bard only.
