I had a 3 characters created. A level 22 wiz Zarky, a lvl 4 cleric Arkayzial, and a lvl 2 monk CaraMason ... When I logged in on 8-29-2014 around 2:40am CST ... they were all gone! .. help me get them back, please. characters are only 2 days old .. now they are gone =(( ... help me get them back. |

There are a few things that could have gone wrong: - Are you on https:// or http:// ? It should be http: - Are you using the same browser? - Did you wipe your browser's local data? The data lives in the browser locally, so if you wiped this, there's nothing that can be done. But take heart... I'm working on server accounts as we speak. |

Thanks for the reply Maelfyn. I'm on http and use the same browser, BUT my internet is wiped clean when browser closed ... Do u have an ETA on the server accounts? |

A couple days ago I switched from internet explorer to google chrome to play Nevergrind. That alleviated the loss of my characters from time to time. If any had the same issue, i'd urge you to try google chrome. 43 levels later and I'm diggin this freakin game! Thank you Maelfyn for this awesome game! =) |
