Frankly, I was running up a pretty sweet bill and getting absolutely nothing out of it. Since I have to pay for the bandwidth specifically for sound and music, this is probably going to be a account-only feature in version 1 since it racks up one hell of an Amazon S3 fee. The cost isn't totally insane, but if I accidentally went viral or something like that I wouldn't want to pay a $1,000+ data transfer fee to Amazon on a game I make negative money on. So, yeah. That's what happened. |
