Some good news... sound is probably coming back

I bit the bullet and upgraded NG to live on a virtual private server. I am still working on the transition, but I expect all sound to be re-enabled when this is finished.

The front end has been moved to the new location. Hopefully I can get the back-end stood up tomorrow (database and maybe the forums too). Everything appears to be working. I'll have to transfer the domain name, too.
