Rune is a great spell, however as you get into the hell part of the game it looses most of it's effectiveness. With 20 points in the talent my rune only absorbs 664 dmg. That gets torn through quickly. With a 40 second cooldown it's off more often than it's on.
Any chance you can bump up runes absorption amount and reduce the cooldown?

Is haste capped at some point(55%)? What do the two numbers for haste refer to? Without alacrity my haste is 41 | 36%. With alacrity on it goes to 81 | 55%. Not sure what the 41 and 81 are.

Is there a way for you to add skills/spells to classes? After lvl 38 we have all the skills/spells we're going to have and they don't get any stronger as we level. I'm doing the same dmg at lvl 96 that I was at lvl 50. If you could add skills/spells to classes I think enchanters need a dispel magic. Barrier, sanctuary, damage shields, amplify magic are all things the enchanter should be able to negate. That was one of their rolls in EQ.

Re: haste numbers. One is a raw value. The percentage is the actual haste you are getting. All haste suffers from diminishing returns. I wouldn't hold your breath for dramatic class changes any time soon as I'm preparing server accounts, UI art, background art, character art, and monetization within the next month or two. Class balance and game balance concerns will have to wait until later.

But I will say that most of your character's improvements are going to come from items beyond level 40.

The dispel thing is a good idea for enchanters.

Thanks for clarifying the haste. I understand, you're working on a bunch of stuff already, and doing a great job. Wonderful game.

Also, if enchanters do get dispel they need dual wield and double attack!

Mael has come so far with this, most people don't have patience, dedication, patience and more patience for this kind of thing.

Confused on why....enchanters wouldn't get dispel?
