Hm, did you equip it toward the end of the fight? It seems to proc for about 100 for me. Procs plenty, too. |

Im actually getting some weird fire damage in my battles also, just tested one with using melee on a shaman no damage modifiers and getting the same odd damage. http://grab.by/CevI |

Also, I know resists get dropped in nightmare and hell, but do they drop fear, stun, cold, and silence reductions as well?
