So the tool tip says it hits 3 targets when properly talented, I am finding it to only hit 1 or 2 targets. Anyone else seeing this or does it get resisted this much?

Two things:

1. it hits in a cone, so it will only hit the two targets to the right and left of the mob you're currently beating on.
2. If the enemy has a absorb shield like some of the green alien dudes do then it will eat HT and they won't take any damage other than their shield being gone.
