I think Paladins need a little something more Paladin-ish, so I decided I will change Paladin's Cleanse to an entirely new spell:

Fervent Prayer

Cleanses all DoT spells and makes you invincible for 5 seconds. As a result this skill will also gain a cooldown of 30 seconds. This will add some much needed defensive flavor to the paladin to counter the extreme popularity of the Shadow Knight
