Fair warning: Bard song speed is currently way too fast

This is going to get nerfed, but I don't think it will seriously hurt them. It's ridiculously fast right now. They got lumped in when I fixed caster spell time and then it made their songs too fast.

I want the confession. Admit it's too fast. One second cast time? Are you serious? You can juggle a whole deck of songs twice in a row.
