How is sell value determined? Is it based on perceived value, or is it a calculation based on affixes? I ask because of the following:
Glyph Tremor Ancient Tome: Rare spellcaster off-hand +3 Agility, +1 Evocation, +4% Critical Dmg, +5 mana per kill Sells for: 71 gold
Stein of Gorgek: Unique spellcaster off-hand +21 max health, +21 max mana, +10 dex, +15 int, +3 alteration, +2 mana per tick, +5% EXP find, casting haste +4 Sells for: 49 gold
Personally, I'd value the Stein. Thoughts?

Y'know, I think the pattern I'm seeing is that Uniques don't sell for much compared to their rare cousins...which is fine, it's just what I'm observing.
