Ive found the bracers ( Daimyo's Honne) like 10 times already, but haven't found any other single piece of this set !?!
Is it just my RNG? Are the drop chanches different for different pieces of the same set? JK...

Typically half of the items are easier to find because they are exceptional quality.

I've found 3 pieces of the set in the 110m+xp I've farmed up.

The closest set I have to done is Friars - I have 5 of the 6 pieces. It's really, REALLY hard to finish sets. That said, the bonuses to them aren't super great and are sub optimal compared to just using good uniques.

Mukkel is a known set hater. Set items are gud, OP, and fun to collect:

Shame the stats on the rest of the pieces are terrible!

That said, it may be because the "Elite" sets aren't really Elite.. it's a mix of Elite and Exceptional items.. ranging from L.40-68. That's probably why the stats just aren't good end-game.

If I ever actually find all the pieces to one of these sets I'll be able to argue with you.

If this is a ranger set, why is one of the items a trinket instead of a bow? Has something changed with rangers where their bow damage/delay no longer matters?

Can confirm, bow doesn't matter or is negligible. Actual damage based on weapons.

Actually, I'm going to add this to my list. I might have to modify this set. Honestly it totally slipped my mind about bow damage. I am pretty sure bow damage does matter in the bow damage calculations.

Kithen, thanks for mentioning this. Here's what happened. The Yugen is ACTUALLY a bow despite its icon. I'm going to fix the icon, including anyone that currently has one. And bow damage does matter... just equip and unequip. You'll see.

As someone who cleared Hell a couple weeks ago and is mid-90s level, I have also only ever seen that stupid bracer. No other pieces.

Perhaps set a certain mob in game to drop pieces you need instead of some massive global pool? At least people could focus their efforts in farming what they need and not sit waiting for eternity for a global RNG. I mean think about it, I hardly doubt ANYONE has gotten a full set in the time they are actually useful. If I have already cleared Hell and don't have a single set for ANY class, what is the point?

Or just put an auction house in the game.
