Hey there! As the title said, I helped kickstart the game, and shortly after it came out I joined the military. I finally have access to the full internet again, and when I logged in today, my old characters are gone. Not a big deal, so I created a new one, and I noticed the 2 kickstarter items I had are gone as well, I believe I had them on one of my characters. The crystals are still linked to my account, so that's a plus.

Are the items gone for good? The old characters don't mean much to me.

- Bank receives Kickstarter Ring.
- Bank receives Kickstarter Trinket.
- Account receives a Banker's Trinket.
- Account receives Merchant's Pouch.

I'll restore your items asap. Takes a bit of research/work, but it shouldn't be a problem.
