Edinburgh failed to load after completing normal and starting nightmare.

All towns failed to load, normal or nightmare
I tried other characters
Bank was accessible as if I was in town
Screen was essentially still the loading screen with a skewed hotkey bar at the bottom left.
All battle areas loaded fine

Closing the browser (chrome) and reopening seems to have fixed it.

Rolled this back to patch 83. Too many problems in this new patch.
