On topic, I was playing yesterday with my magician in Dire Sanctum, and each time ( 3 times ) I activated the special attack of my Frost Elemental (it's called something like rage, right?) my screen froze, I still could cast and hear sounds but my spells had no visual effect on screen and enemies; only way out was to close my browser - google chrome - and restart. Iirc it happened when I targeted flying enemies, but not 100% sure that this was the case all 3 times...
Anyway not a serious bug, just a minor problem,also no items/exp were lost.

Just to be more clear, it happened only there - I've used that attack a lot of times with no problems - and only with the Frost Ele ( I've switched to an Air Ele and the bug never happened again). And it's not the rage one - where your pet attacks faster - it's the other one, where the frost elemental freezes its foe in a wall of ice.

Nice find. There were a few problems with this one. It also bugged out if you tried to open combat with this skill. Patched tonight.

Great!! Now that you mentioned it, one time I did open combat with this skill and did nothing (but the cooldown started) I thought it just missed...
