Black screen at the beginning of Hell diff

I killed Natty in Nightmare, and unlock Hell - but when I choose Hell on this char ( Gurkaz, my hc SK) all I get is the intro music only and a black screen, can't reach Fenwoven, and cannot start playing in Hell. Only way out is to close the browser(chrome). Logging out/in does not fix it.
The " Nightmare completed" achievement is flagged ofc (I have the choice to start in Hell and in the leaderboard my char is a Revenant now), I think it's the intro that's bugged. Also 'cause in my other chars that can, I can play in Hell without problems.
