Um.... not a bad idea. In the meantime you can use ctrl+left click.

If there is a Sell All button, it should have a confirm dialog...if that's not blindingly obvious. :)

How about a destroy all characters button? No confirm. Near the Play Nevergrind button. 1x1 pixels in dimensions. Or maybe superimposed over the button. Hidden.
