+All Skills from items does not get reflected in the talents mouseover. The bonus from the affix still seems to be applied however. EDIT: I'm stupid and I should feel stupid. |

+Skills only affects everything under "Skills" on the character sheet. Admittedly, this can be confusing, but that's how it goes when a game is absurdly complex. |

Oh, I see. Well, perhaps a different word could be used? Feats? Proficiencies? Or maybe just Weapon Skills? I guess the other tab is indeed called Talents and should be treated as such. My mind defaulted to Diablo II wording. My mistake. Sorry. |
