Don't have time to take a ss but these 3 items are a little goofy:

Bark Shield = 0% block rate
Blackoak Shield = 0% Block rate
Arwen's Best Circle = 0%
Wexxen Rebuke & Singed Guardian = 14.000000000000002% block rate

Just thought I would let you know.

Are you sure you're on 1-0-34? I patched a 0% block rate bug. 14.00000000000000000000000000000000000002% is a new one, though. Sounds like I have to round it off.

Hm, okay thanks. I'll check up on that. I was looking around the Nevergrounds for a character with these items.

These are the only shields I have in my inventory with these stats. I unfortunately do not have many shields, limited inventory space and all that ya know! ;)

It's any shield with that icon. Note that only the tooltip is broken. It will still work at 10%.
