This doesn't appear to be lag of any sort because when the mouse quits working it still allows me to hit the # keys to activate skills. This has gotten me killed a few times when I needed to clutch activate a certain skill to stay alive. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit, using firefox, and a logitech G700 mouse (not in wireless mode), and haven't had any similar issues with other games. If you'd like me to acquire additional information, I'd be glad to do so. If I do a chain of lets say 50 or more, this is guaranteed to happen at least once, and it persists for 5-10 seconds then goes away. But that's plenty of time for me to get stuffed on hell mode using my wizard. Its likely this could be something on my end if nobody else is having this problem, in which case, I'm looking for solutions for this problem, thanks! Full PC specs: CPU: I5 2500k @ 4.2ghz Ram: 16GBs DDR3 1600mhz GPU: Radeon 7970 crossfire (disabled for this game). So yeah, I'm not using a slow spec netbook. |

I doubt it's something Nevergrind is doing. A browser game pretty much cannot break your mouse control. Do you have another mouse you can try? |

Unfortunately I don't. I gave my old one away =/ Now, I can move the mouse cursor around when this happens, but it doesn't let me click on skills to activate them. You know how when you move over a skill the cursor changes to a finger pointing letting you know there is an activation window? That quits working and it switches to the default cursor when I move it over the skills. Now when this happens, firefox still responds to my mouse commands, meaning I can click and open stuff outside the game. |

Oh, okay. That's the game locking the screen because it thinks you're doing something with the server.... swapping an item or something. This keeps coming up and I have no idea how to duplicate it yet. |

I can help you try and duplicate it. But there is a difference in talking about issues, and giving a developer information they can use to fix a problem, and if the later is something I can do, please explain to me what I can do to help. |

So attempting to move/destroy an item triggers it? |

Is it triggered by going ... bank to item or item to equipment? Something like that? |

This must be related to some kind of script error causing the script to time out. |

I seem to recall this issue has happened a few times when moving items around, but it appears more likely for me during battle, although it could be the same issue causing both. Its happened when trying to CTL+left click to quick sell items at the merchant, and the mouse quits recognizing the activation windows for the items. When this occurs its not just the activation windows for the items, but all the activation windows on the screen (Just this game) including closing the inventory windows, etc. When it happens in battle, the likelihood increases when I'm playing classes like Rogue or Wizard where I'm constantly pianoing inputs while clicking with a mouse simultaneously. Rogue especially. If I do a 50+ chain with rogue, that's a ton of inputs I'm sending to the server over a short period of time. When I was playing my SK for example, I can't remember this ever happening in battle. SK has periods where all the CDs are burned up and I'm left with nothing but crescent cleave for a few secs. |

i had this happening to me last night. i only noticed it when i was destroying items and putting money in the bank. i could destroy the first item fine every time, but then my mouse would stop working. holding shift for a moment would fix the issue for me. it did seem to have something to do with communicating with the server. |

Happens to me several times a day. As best as I can tell its because my cpu is maxing out. Happens when deleting items (more so while fighting) and moving anything around in the bank (and sometimes just inventory) usually. Long chains will make it pop up a lot too. Not sure why its maxing out but yeah |

Here's how to report the speed at which you swap items (correct me if i'm wrong): -play game until inventory starts lagging -f12 (i use chrome) -click network -filter: type game1.php -sort it by longest and see how much seconds it takes to load Also try to remember what you did, how many zones you loaded, how many mobs killed, did you keep inventory open while switching zones, how much did you sell/delete, your browser name and version etc. |
