My warriors map progress has reset. He only has the first town and area unlocked now. I can't remember how far I was exactly, but I was further than this. Since it would have been quite the grind to get to 26 in the first area alone.

Did you have multiple tabs open? What browser? Did you login from multiple locations? Are you playing on Kongregate?

No. Chrome. No. No, I've only ever played from the official site.

I simply logged into my warrior, he was in fact in a later zone within the act, but when I went to switch zones, only the first zone and the town were available.

I´m having the same problem on my rogue. I´m using Fire Fox, playing from the official site. I was in Dire Sanctum fighting Vixen Sarmina when I suddenly disconnected. As I logged back in, my map progress was reset.

PM/post the character name and I can fix it. This is odd. Last patch should have helped prevent this.

I leave for work in a sec, but I can fix it asap... also if anyone else has this problem just let me know and I'll look into it.

Mine reset now too. Not big deal or big loss, but it's happening somehow?

I need the character names so I can fix them. Is it related to multi-tabbing or something like that? Any idea? Just refresh and quest progress is zeroed out?

This just happened to me. Character: Crush. Just finished Lanfeld 3 in Hell - no portal - looking at map only offers Edenburg and Salubrin.

My session had a boggle earlier... idle timeout back to character list; selected Crush and hit play; told me I had to log in again. So I did, and then it said "you should create some characters!", blank screen. I panicked, closed browser and restarted, logged back in, all well (although Crush's skills had reorganised, no exp lost though).

Crush is listed as being in Lanfeld 3, can log in there, but nowhere to go.

Hm... is this related to idling???

No clue.... never had an idle timout before I did notice there doesn't seem to be any way to log all the way out? You can camp out of a character, but you can't explicitly log out of Nevergrind. You can only close the browser tab - is that enough?

There's a logout button under delete.

Uhhh.... nope. Not on my screen. Possibly because I have 16 characters....... /innocent whistle

Also fwiw - this has not self-fixed and Crush is still stuck

I think those quests are fixed. I was going to investigate the cause of this, but I fell asleep last night because I was so tired lol.
