Bard's Dissension doesn't seem to be working. I'm lvl 19, I leveled brass up to 60 or so, and while doing that I tested it on my current zone, and some low level zones, on single monsters and 4 or 5.
- It doesn't give me any health
- with no monster, it seems like it casts normally
- with monsters, it casts, but after going off the casting animation doesn't go away. I must manually cancel it by casting another spell/song
- the blue graphic it draws over he monsters head never goes away, not until I log out of my character then log back in. It persists through different zones including town
